3 degrees and some wee little beasties

(ME and Penny along the river trail and the missus with one cat stuffed in her robe and Spike on the chair)
Bet the missus is surprised to see herself pictured in her jammies and robe on this blog. Probably should absent myself from the house this afternoon....
The milk was bad, so we endeavored to go get some and decided that since we were driving, it would be a nice change to walk up the river trail 3 miles away. Probably the prettiest walk on earth. I didn't tell the missus that it was only 3 degrees outside at that point.....

Where is the river trail? Toward Freeville?

I don't think she'll mind, it's a beautiful photo!

I just love Maude's hair. It's so thick and such a beautiful cut.

Mine's stick straight and thin.

Well I have to admit that maybe Spike has grown his winter coat and that may attribute to his current perceived size. We had barn cat with very thick winter coats during the dead of winter. They seemed to go down several sizes in the Spring.

The walk looks beautiful but I know it was also miserably cold. Brrrrrr.

Lucky Kitty(ies)!

That song is in my head now, "Hey Baby It's Cold Outside!" la-la-la-la-LAAAA

Those are some smart cats you have. When it's that cold out, inside on a lap (and inside a bathrobe, if you can) is the only place to be!

3F is COLD. You're as crazy as my dh to want to take a walk in that kind of weather, despite how beautiful it looks!

Maude does have lovely hair, and the kitties look quite content to be with her. ;)
