Horton hears a....

(sugar bowls by Gary Rith)
I was at the wife's office the other day and her paper clips are in one of these wee little elephant sugar bowls, which I gave her last year. Or two years ago. Something. SO, I was reminded how cute they are and made these two just now.
Working on some fun stuff here today, WAIT till you see the teapot I am finishing, (MOOOO!) pics later.

They are adorable! And I'm glad the trunk is up - that's supposedly to mean good luck!

Funny you should mention office supplies, as I was thinking I need a potsblog original pencil holder. So, next time I come down there or you come up here...that way, I can pay cash. ;-)

so cute - I love pottery, but not enough hours in a day, to just do painting! Tell Gary I think the Ithaca pottery is beautiful -lvoe the forms (with painting I sometimes miss the 3-dimensional aspect, but I don't wanna do assemblages -takes up too much space)
cheers, jeannette

sorry, my cold must fog my mind! Gary, I love your Ithaca pottery!
I am Dutch, so art was always close to me (and some of my views and words still are European)
visit me sometime, cheers.
