STILL busier than a one armed paper hanger

Sorry. Crazy week. You know you're a little busy when you're relieved that your mailbox is full of spam. I shall catch up with your blobs later! I miss all of your lives...
Last night was one of those depraved parties that kind of slows your morning after. Tom is a potter who also hangs out at the Cornell Pot Shop with me and many others, and he hosted a a rather huge party in his yard with bonfires and the full moon. Tom is also a hockey player, and so there were all these solid and tough looking guys there too. An interesting mix of partygoers, yes indeedy...

On our way to Syracuse to buy a load of clay and see my childhood, YES I SAID CHILDHOOD, pal Wendy. As I wrote last week, Mary Beth was in my class at school (her last names starts with Ra and she was often seated by me in school) plus she lived up the street in our neighborhood, and we were pals from roughly the age of 12 through college at age 22 when we lost track of each other, until facebook. Mary Beth's sister Wendy is a year younger and hung out with us too. It was Wendy who said we were something like Kevin and Winnie in that TV program The Wonder Years, and there is some truth in that.
So, here we are in our 40s. Wendy lives in Syracuse, my clay supplier is there also, ergo, a meeting with somebody I have not seen since she had a Dorothy Hamill haircut 20 some years ago.

AWWWWWWWWWWW..... I loved that show! I adored that show. And, I so had the crush on *Kevin."

How sweet! Have a great time! I too, have been behind on my bloggie friends. I too partied, last night.

But, I awoke refreshed...you can guess what my party unexpectedly entailed.

Happy Saturday!

I just read this. I WISH I was as cute as Winnie, but Gary was definitely like Kevin. If I had read this before I would have dressed like Winnie in the picture and we could have posed like that for our lunch picture.

It was great meeting you guys. Maude was absolutely fabulous. You are a very lucky man. Did I just call you a man? When we were at lunch, I kept seeing the boy I remember.
