remember Charlie Brown...

...when Peppermint Patty tells him to host Thanksgiving? Its pretty funny-the best he can do is jelly beans, popcorn and toast.
I have been asked what we plan to have for an anarcho-punk VEGAN Thanksgiving:
popcorn, jelly beans and toast.

Have a wonderful thanks giving!

I would totally love a meal of popcorn, jelly beans, and toast!

Would that be cheddar popcorn? And would those be jelly bellies? And would the toast be made with organic, stone ground whole wheat flour bread?

The Beatles were wrong. All you need is toast.

CM's right. Jelly beans don't hurt, though.

I recommend sliced sweet potatoes, sliced sweet onions, a bit of sea salt, all drizzled with olive oil and roasted in the oven. (I just finished supper and that makes me hungry to think about it!)

Our local grocery store has cakes in the shape and coloring of a 3lb roasted turkey. All I could think is, GROSS!!

Hope your t'giving is awesome.

Ah, the hubs and I are vegetarians not the full out vegans, but still it gets tough. But, when we have 12 people over for dinner, I do the turkey and the whole kit and kaboodle. But, no one ever notices my rendition of green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole with Amaretto, seven layer salad and my scrumptious dressing are all vegetarian and I have made them all Vegan. Have a great Thanksgiving and be sure to find that Soy turkey roast!
