PETE YORN and me......

A week or two ago I am out slurping coffee with my old pal from middle school, Carrie and she's like
"I am SOOOO into this guy right now, Pete Yorn" and I remember
"Right! Havn't thought about him in a while, awesome singer" and she's like
"OMG, he's SO cute..."
and this came to mind again because I was reading about him yesterday, and how he teams up with SCARLETT JOHANSSEN these days to record....
And I see this pic.
Last week, Allison across the street is like
"Gary, you have a lot of cool sunglasses, don't you?" and I reply
"well, a few pairs, but not like Elton John, GAG me with a spoon!"
and she is like
"a different pair everyday!"
This particular pair of Ray Bans, the Wayfarers, I have 2 pairs. One I got at a thrift shop, the other my sister-in-law found and gave me, and they have been in my life since the LAST time (think Risky Business etc) they were popular, in the 80s....

OK, here is my POINT.
I see Pete Yorn here, hot and heavy with Scarlett, and I am like "ME AND PETE, twins seperated at birth?".

"get the missus draped over your shoulder, and you got it nailed" so I grab the missus as she heads out the door to catch the bus and she figures its a trick but NO, not this time....
