23 big ones

(Gary's TRIPLE chocolate cookies)
The fun, of course, of working at home is sometimes NOT working at home but making chocolate cookies for the missus instead. My triple chocolate cookie recipe has cocoa powder, melted chocolate and chocolate chips in them. Plus a tiny bit of flour and other stuff. Recipe makes 3-4 dozen, which would obviously be itty-bitty little cookies. I made 23 big ones and the house smells great.
have a good weekend all!

Sweeeet! I can smell'em.

I hear it's pretty cold over there. Lis laughed because the kids and I are happy it won't be over 63 degrees today -- we are having hot cocoa after school. ;-)

Bundle up! And, stay well!

Happy FWFD! YAY!

Gary, one of the oldest utensils that I have in my kitchen (which I bought and didn't inherit) is a melon baller that I use to portion cookie dough. It's like a small version of one of those ice cream scoops with the built-in scraper. It makes perfect two-bite sized cookies. Now that we have a proper cookie jar, the cookies tend to last longer, too: we forget that they're there. LOL
