over at Kimbo's.....

(Goofy Kim, my missus, Spencer the weimeraner and me at Kim's farm....)
Kimbo lives atop a hillside near Corning, and so before the glass museum, we went up there and it was pleasantly hot and I wish I'd had my swimsuit for the gorgeous pond. It's full of these big fat bass that Kim feeds. Some are quite tame, like Bob the bass and his big friend.
Kim is growing a million things upon the farm and sells some amongst the faded hippies, Amish and rednecks at the Bath farmer's market.....
OMG the view from the hilltop is amazing....
more later.....................

OOOOOOOmmmmgggg.. that garden is fantastic! I am jealous of your friends garden.

I love w dogs. They're smooth like Maggie, minus the spots.

You're very countryesque in this post. I can see how you could have lived in Iowa..... :)

Now THAT is a garden I will aspire to have one day - not that particular one, of course - well, you know what I mean!

The hayseed look becomes you! Beautiful place and pictures. Too bad big Bob wouldn't pose like sleek Spencer.
More on the Corning museum?

OK - I can clearly see that I have too many veggie plants for the size garden, I have (16 x 32). So what's Kim's size, and boy oh boy - would I love to see that!

I can't even walk among them. I sort of 'high step' over everything. The zucchini has taken over!

Great post, Gary! Lovely pics! Likin' the hay seed! lol
