let's talk PIZZA

First of all, keep in mind that I am in an exhibit at Center Ithaca for the Greater Ithaca Art Trail and the opening party is tonight 5-8!!! Meet us there!

So, I make the quick pizza for the visiting in-law.
HOW you say????
Well....

MEDIUM pizza
OK, preheat oven to 400-425. I have a pizza stone, and that is in there preheating.

Mix one tbs of yeast with 3/4 cup water, then add some sugar and oil and stir, then add about 1 1/2 cup flour, mixing and adding a pinch of flour to get nice dough. Turn out and knead several minutes.
Chop veggies and whatnot. Grab a jar of sauce and some cheese (I fooled the in-law with fake cheese).
Roll out dough and place onto oiled pan, or if you have the stone, onto your paddle with corn meal.
Swirl on sauce, sprinkle with HOT sauce, add toppings, slide into oven, bake 12 mins, check, bake a little longer maybe to make golden----
HOLY CATS that's tasty! And YES, pizza is that easy, even if you were at happy hour first, you can do it.....

It's not fair of you to make me crave pizza at 9 AM. Not fair at all. It does look wonderful!

Why don't you just have happy hour at your house on Fridays!!!! If I move to the neighbor. I PROMISE to have it............so everyone can "walk" home.

Gorgeous! Keep your eye out for the new vegan cheese 'Daiya' it's supposed to be phenomenal, stretchy and just like dairy cheese. If you do find it let me know what you think :) (obviously we don't have it in Ireland).
