I LOVE that teapot, but find myself wondering what would happen if you tried something that would give a lighter appearance (maybe) to the handle. Would it work to braid three smaller strips into a handle? (like braiding three elephant tails?) I keep trying to visualize that. What think you?

This it the best teapot yet!!!! An elephant with cheery chutzpah and glaze to die for!!! Plus the "dents", the handle, the spout!!! You got it all!!!

I love Penny and the lily pads! Could you send me a copy of that photo?

We were studying Monet's Water Lilies in class yesterday; his are artistic, but yours are the real deal! Korea has this Buddhist/Lotus thing, but they don't know what real ones look like, just the crepe-paper ones that everyone makes for Buddha's Birthday.
