not just another trashy post

You probably think its all fun and games and coffee and cookies and gossip here. There is plenty of that, and a little pottery too.
I was just making heart mugs for Lynda and experimenting (not with a lot of success in stamping wet pieces which is a new and unfamiliar techinque to me, but on the other hand I made the teardrop teapot shape I wanted easily) and realized I have the absolute messiest work table. Slips of paper, notes, doodles, hunks of clay, piles of dirty tools, and some pots. Tis the way I work (SEE BELOW).
Wicked nice out today, warm! SUNNY! Like 60 degrees which is good for the north in March. I had windows open for the first time since early October, about 6 months ago, and the little cats sit there breathing and sniffing the spring air, and the 2 dogs are just outside sunning themselves, sooo happy....
