notes on making a basic teapot...

This is probably totally boring to most of you.
My students Thursday will start making teapots, and they frequently remark they cannot remember my good lessons. These brilliant diagrams I drew will be something they can hang onto and refer too, cheat sheets as it were.....

I just love the little hands in number 2, pushing out the belly with a rib. Too cute.

These are adorably awesome! Even I can pretty much follow them (having watched you throw a pot in a vlog or two before)! And, they are fun to 'read' too!

I still wish I could come take a class ~ alas, we live to far apart. [darned beam-me-there thingie]

Those are very elaborate drawings. I'm not sure if I've ever drawn 'how-to's. Perhaps that's my problem... I should be drawing stuff first! :)

Cracked me up. I want those STep 2 hands (well, just at some times, not all the time please)... I'm gonna print this out. I think you should sell it to NCECA for a poster! Wouldn't that be great???!!!
