But, then when the drinker (snicker, drinker) finishes the cup, s/he realizes that the chicken was really lookin' for her egg?

Hey, that looks familiar! I think I had coffee in my funky chicken mug this morning!
I sold a penguin bowl this afternoon.
I certianly hope there is a tiny egg at the bottom of that mug! HAHA!!
