lookit these whoppers
The missus went strawberry picking today (like, a bushel, 38 bucks worth) and look at these HUGE strawberries. They are so tasty. When you have those things from the grocery store, the pink styrofoam that traveled thousands of miles? You're like, these are OK. Fresh stawberries ripened in the sun up the steet? HOLY CATS that is the BEST!
She will make a lot of jam.
Donald sent me this ather amusing video of cats....

I'm so jealous! Those strawberries look awesome in that cobalt blue bowl.
Wow! Those strawberries look great! Is that, like, four strawberries grown together?
Love the kitty-whack-a-mouse. My cats are too lazy for that..... ;)
yummmm-eeeee!
mmm yummylicious!! Takes me to comment on food!!
YUM! Those strawberries look delish! That's what we did today too - went to a strawberry festival.
Thanks for that video, I know just the person to send that to.
love,
fiwa
just got back from PA where the strawberries aren't as big because they got so much RAIN this spring. yeah for you... enjoy!
Teasing the kitty - too funny.
Picking a bushel of strawberries - too much work.
Eating fresh strawberries and jam - so worth it!
I purchased some local strawberries the other day and you're right - there's no comparison. I would have some of my own, but for the blasted chipmunks that keep stealing them, no matter what I do to thwart them.
PS - Never ever never ever buy strawberries from P&C. They're always gross and disgusting. And so is all their other produce.
oh man. I want those strawberries! I wonder if there will be any left when I return to Ithaca... I kinda doubt it, you'll have to enjoy them for me.
Those strawberries look wonderful. I so want some fresh strawberries. But all the road side & farmer markets are out. No more for the yr. Dang it!!
Enjoy!
lucky you... the fruit bat would be in heaven for days
I want one.
