SO, drop the missus at the airport with a teary goodbye, and .....the party begins. She is currently enduring the horrible Newark airport, I am like:
"BILL! Let's go see Carl's show!" and Bill is like "YEAH!"
and so we meet near Bill's office at Manndible Cafe to see Carl's fab show (my favorite cafe, and they sell my mugs)and talk beer theory (10 am: you don't DRINK beers, you TALK beers) and did you know that, according to BILL, many of your favorite beers are made with
FISH GUTS???????????????????????

Yup, Isinglass, used for fining (clarifying), made from fish guts. There are big long lists out there on the interwebs, but the manufacturing processes vary from country to country.
hmmmm...we just may be on to a new venture. Heck with art. I could be a Northern Isinglass distributor and just fishing my butt off everyday... now that would be the life.
mmmmmmmmmmmm... fish guts beer, it that brewed by dogfish head brewery?
