Very nice. I was talking about you again to one of the ladies at church who also hates our current communion set. I think soon they will have an unfortunate "accident".
It's huge! When one of you is holding it, you can see the size and (no matter what people say) size is important... However, I think you need to make four more. Then, you can have a group shot... You holding one, Missus holding one, one on a table in front of you, one inside the bowl... Oh heck, make like a dozen or more and then you can have something like a large family picture. Oh wait now,a better idea: How about a class-picture style shot, perhaps with 30 pitchers and bowls staggered on stadium bleachers, paired up with different people, alongside bowls all filled with various fruits and vegetables.??? Great idea, eh? I should definitely copyright this idea.
My Opinion, if you want it, or if you don't: I think if you want to put the pitcher inside the bowl, the bowl should be bigger or the pitcher should be smaller- it looks a little top heavy to me. Take it from one who knows "top heavy"! They are however, both beautiful pieces
I was talking about the display of the item- the pitcher is also a big piece. I was not knocking the work- it is about the proportion, buy it and display it anyway you want!
I was giving my opinion on the display of the piece. I was not knocking Gary's work. It is about the proportion, the vase is VERY large too! Buy it and display it any way you like!

it's an impossible decision as they are all excellent choices. love the pitcher!
Hmm.. they all look very good, but maybe in an enviromental picture, like with lemons or a glass of lemonade? :)
I like it side by side. Are they being sold as a set?
How about sitting on an antique wood stand, like a traditional bowl and basin.
I want a mug that color....Blue is my favorite.

What is that? A tattoo????
The pitcher laying down inside the bowl with the handle sticking up.
all five ways... no, inside the bowl looks best to me.
I like inside the bowl, too
Your lady holding the pitcher, you holding the bowl and her pouring strawberry milk into your bowl.
Separately, side by side and as Becky Jo said; fill the bowl with lemons or oranges!

Good grief, that *IS* a big bowl!
