With Michael - it's very bittersweet that with his death I am now revisiting all the wonderful performances of his early years, where he was just so incredibly talented.
Eeks, Gary. While I'm no uber Michael Jackson fan, I have no doubt there will be TONS of people mourning his death, despite the oddities and questionable judgments of his later years.
Farrah was before my time, but I can certainly appreciate the grace with which she carried herself at the end.
I had a red t-shirt with that picture of Farrah on it in grade school (I think I was ten!). The class bully, a really mean girl, threatened me with my life if I ever wore it to school again. Fond memories of out-running her on the play-ground every time I decided to wear my babe shirt!
Farrah Fawcet always reminds me of an underarm deodarant that I think one of the angels was promoting at the time. I don't remember how the deodarant worked but the container was very phallic with a domed lid that never worked right... Long gone today.

It is sad that the weirdness of his later life overshadowed the incredible talent that Michael Jackson was blessed with.
Farrah what a beauty! I think all women my age wanted to look like her. I bet you had that poster on your wall!
Ditto what Nancy said!!!
Nancy said it so well that another "ditto" is in order.
Triple Ditto! She was such a beauty!
Oh Farrah. She was a tough and awesome lady.
Very brave of her to videotape her battle with cancer. She will be missed.
Farrah really had a nobility in the end.

His weirdness made me forget that. So sad.
