So, my bloggy friends Kate and Jim send me a mystery package and dangit, they know me well, a happy pair of pigs, nearly life size. Holy cats I love them, thanks guys!
Spike, of course, is pleased as punch that somebody sent him a box full of bubblewrap and paper....
Gosh, Gary. I just got home from work and got your e-mail! I can't believe they're there already!!!
ReplyDeleteNow do you see why I couldn't just leave them sitting on the shelf, all alone???
They are a couple of cuties, aren't they? Glad you like them, and glad Spike likes his newspapers, too!
In '87 you were just a child back then - just today I looked at one of my own pics around the same time - it was like she was someone else!!
ReplyDeleteHow Adorable! What a great gift for you! Super sweet. You have great friends, Gary! ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhoo Hoo!
ReplyDeleteThis little piggy went to market ....
:-)
Cute pigs!!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd that's one damn lucky kitty!
Christmas in February. Just when you need it. :)
ReplyDeletekate and jim, you found the perfect home for those pigs.
ReplyDeleteThose are wonderful! It is always nice of people to think of the cats when they send things ;)
ReplyDeleteHi Gary... I'm one of Ron Philbeck's students and a box came to class last night, full of one of your mugs! No cats nearby to help open up the box, though. :( I put a post on my blog: ajhpottery.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute!
ReplyDeleteWell, it those pigs didn't have GRith wrftten all over 'em, they should have! Clever folks, those Morgans. I could hear the piggies yelling, "I wanna go see Gary!" all the way here in Kokomo. And find me a cat who doesn't appreciate a nice, large box with LOTS of crumpled newspaper, and I'll show you a cat who needs a psychiatrist! There would be Something really off about that that would bear looking into!
