HEATHER checks in

Remember a few weeks, paypal was hassling me about two correct orders? Some fiend had stolen my customer Heather's paypal, and was MESSING with her, and because she had used paypal with me twice, MESSING WITH ME too. Paypal were bastards about it, I thought, but Heather kept at them and got it straight and rec'd a refund for the whole bunch of problems.
TODAY I get this surprise from Heather. Inside is:
-card :^)
-refund check plus extra (??? what is this MONOPOLY???)
-a gift card
-a wrapped book, which I havn't opened yet but she tells me is her favorite
-a scarf she knit for the missus!

Now hot damn, Heather didn't have to do that, but let's just say SANTA WILL NOT FORGET this nosirree....
