I just take a spoonful of everything I want. (not a large spoonful. Just a tad of each item that I want). Then when I've finished, I may go back for another spoonful of whatever I found particularly good. Works for me. Even with desserts - I try to take only a bite or two. Plus heavy comfort food at all the family gatherings, (yet another today). Last night we headed out for some yummy Vietnamese food, which felt soooo good to eat.<BR/><BR/>Of course 2 hrs later I was on the sofa vegging out on television, and crunching a bowl of potato chips.
